(FAFSA)
It is imperative that you fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
at https://studentaid.gov/
This application determines:
Your eligibility for federal student aid programs, such as:
• Pell Grant
• Federal Supplemental Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
• College Work-Study Program
• Student Loans
• Notifies the institution of your choice of your eligibility
Most colleges and universities use a completed FAFSA application as the foundation for the
other student aid they offer. Some aid is available without the FAFSA, but not having a
completed FAFSA makes it harder for the institution.
