Alabama Student Grant Program

(ASGP)

The Alabama Student Grant Program provides financial assistance to

residents of Alabama who are not enrolled in theology, divinity, or for a

religious vocation. Students must provide two proofs of Alabama

residency.

• Available only to students at an eligible independent Alabama

college or university. Is not a need-based program

• Grant amounts vary from year-to-year

• Amounts are based on the availability of funds

• Amounts cannot exceed $3,000 per academic year

• Applications are available from the financial aid office at the
institution you plan to attend or at
